Did you bevel those bars before you welded them? Looks like it was just welded as is.

well the ride.... was like driving a tank. Took 20min or so to get used to turning.... defiantly defiantly not hitting any apex's with this.
As far as the blocks yeh i just welded up to stretch it more. Debating on doing like a lockbox in the extra area.. or possibly having a longer slim gas tank made.

The speed readout says its the same as before. I need to have the exhaust pipe re-bent... or just completely re-done.

Looking good man!...I was thinking of doing the same to mine but after visiting Rucksters, they made a very good point of how little power the 49cc would have with a fatty...it would be better to convert to a GY6 fatty so you would have more speed.
