do the lil pins in the anchors always hammer down flush like in your pic?
i tried but they still had a lil nipple left

They're aluminum, and just like a rivet, can be drilled out w/ a (smaller then 1/4").

YES, drive the pin flush. One end of the tool is dished, just to help center it until the pin is started into the counter bore. I'm finishing up some directions right now. The first run went out w/o any, simply because you guys had waited a while, and I wanted to get parts in your hand ASAP.

yeah, on the install after you get it in aways, flip the tool to finish the job..that's what I had to do, was pounding the crap out of it to get it in all the way and the only thing that I got in was my thumb getting bashed with the hammer!
