Went with a "Innova" Rear Tire on the Dorby Wheels. Wanted more of a "Fatty Look" then that "Stretched Tire" Look.

We can't figure it out. We tried everything. I'm going to try another carb I have laying around just waiting on a fuel pump to come in the mail. The fuel pump isn't the problem though. The one on my black one was working fine, but messed up while we were working on it. We put the fuel pump from my Red one and it still wouldn't start. And now I have a problem with my Red one now. The kill switch randomly stopped working. No way to the bike off after it is running. Sucks. Both of my Rucks are down right now.

Cause of the kill switch not working was a wire vibrated off. GY6 and my custom causes alot of vibration

Does mounting your exhaust to the frame like that chase any issues? I would think it would place undo stress on the header and mounting flange unless the mounting point is meant to swivel. I've been thinking about doing mine similar to that and wasn't sure if it would cause issues.

Bike looks sick as hell! Hope you get the issues figured out. It would be a shame to have that thing sit in storage when it could be ridden everyday.

Kill switch problem fixed. Just the vibration caused it to disconnect. And I haven't had any issues with the way the exhaust is mounted to the frame. When we first did it like that, someone also commented about it leading to problems. But my buddy who made the header said no way. And it's been like that for almost a year

Good to know. I've always thought that running the exhaust along the frame like that would look cool, but most don't do it. I'm guessing because the mounting point has always been off the engine. Looks good though!

Reviving this build. Great looking ride man! :banger:
Is that an R6 rear shock? How do you like it. I just bought the same exact one for my swap. Let me know your thoughts on it. Thanks!

It's stiff but works. I think it's an R1 Shock though.

I have somebody from Canada in the process of Buying this from me. I don't want to sell her, but I'm in the process of buying a house. Extra money would be nice. But My Ruckus fever is still going over the winter and Im still going. Let the Rebuild begin! Plans are a new stance, new Paint color/wheel color combo.

Doing a new rear frame with a Mojo Weld on Mount/Shock. Ruck8 Handle bars anodized. 8 Cell "Alien Motion Battery". Also got a new NCY CDI for my Black 50cc too.

Some parts:

Welding the Mojo Mount: (Shouts to "Bamboo" on this)

Mock Up before shock mount:

Rear Frame with the new Mojo Welded Engine/Shock mount. Can't decide what color I want to go over the Winter

Decided the keep this bike the same except changing the handle bar setup. Using the new Frame on My black bike and going GY6. Follow the build here:
