I read he would help those people that had problems and i ordered a purple stretch. it came in a week after i called from placing the the order a week prior to that, his excuse was, "im sorry i got out early from work and didnt have time to post your order" then once i got my items it was missing some of the hardware and the actual stretch had blemishes, as if it was not painted right. then i contacted him and just apologized and said he would give me a discount. then i wanted to order something with that discount, now he doesnt answer me and i have sent him various PMs. Now he's just hidding like a pussy behind his computer and wont answer me. terrible customer service and what a weak stretch with missing hardware. I suggest people to save your money and go with a Mojo, Batman stretch or something else. I personally dont think we should support a company thats going to walk over you once they get the money from you, i rather keep the business with people that take the time to make something solid and hear out people on the forum. By the way this all started since Dec 06,2012 and i still have not received a message back and i know he logs in because he just logged in yesterday, according to his profile last long in.
