Post subject: rear facing to front facing carb probs?
PostPosted: Tue Jun 12, 2012 4:49 pm
I was running a rear facing TM28 on my slightly modded 150 with no problems. I went fatty and have to run my carb forward facing and now it cuts out at 3/4 to full throttle but runs great down low.... MY temp sensor gave out on me so I no longer have acces to the cylinder head temp, any ideas??? plug is not white but still a good dark brown?

is the carb level? If the carb is pitched up, the fuel level in the bowl can starve the carb under load. I solved my issue with Composimo's angled clocking flange. Make sure your fuel pump is secure and has a good vac source too.
