oh well if you have that e mail proof then you could always sue in small claims

I had that issue once with trying to sue, never found them

that is if those parts are worth the costs and time to sue

I did get a letter from one of those tv court shows I should of pursued that just didnt figure on never finding the person. Wonder if the tv show could of helped me?

the parts arent worth much. but paying someone to build your bike and getting it back not the way its suppose to be and on top of that not having your parts returned is just a bunch of bs.

its nothing big. just my brand new daytona cargo pan that i just got PC'd, 8-pole stator & Carb that was on the bike, flasher relay that was on my old harness, also promised to give me some stuff but never came through. i was holding back on posting anything up on this but since he doesnt want to return any of my messages..ill post a whole review on him building my bike soon.

Sorry to hear that brother, I know how you feel. I just gave up and called it a lost and moved on to better people.

you would think having my bike for a WHOLE year and would have things done right instead of putting everything on last minute doing a half a$$ job. yet..i still havent got my stuff back yet.
