So Steven isn't returning any of my PM's/texts/voicemails and the first PM i sent him i know he read. Last text message i got from him was Apr. 25 letting me know that he will take care of everything after SS. Now its been over a month and still no word from him. I've waited a year for my bike and still wasnt complete when i got it back. I even paid in full trusting that everything is going to work out. Now its been just sitting in the garage since the night i got it back. I want to know what the deal is w/ my stuff..why all the lies and excuses!!??

Dude is shady. Paid lots of money for parts and services that were never sent/services never rendered. Always excuses. He is the single reason why I got out of the scooter game. Thanks for ruining it for me.

Did you pay him cash or PayPal ?...if you used PP just file a dispute. Sucks it's taken so long for a "trusted member" to respond back. tisk tisk...

Paypal dispute is the best way to handle this. I've seen this before, not with him in particular, but paypal disputes work best.

does paypal take money out of his account if they decided on the claim
or does paypal pay directly? then try to get money later if his account was empty

I made sure not to tie any of my accounts to a bank and try to keep all of them with very little balance
just incase someone ever tried to lie and get a dispute from me
because its really easy to say they didnt get the item mailed or claim I didnt send anything
cant trust anyone nowadays

yeah but if I was the buyer who says I dont place a book inside the box then file a claim and say the seller sent me a book instead of the correct item

what I do as a seller on expensive items I video the boxing and sealing up
as a buyer from shady sellers I video me opening it so incase they scammed me I have some proof

Ive read too many stories about getting a box of books as it still weighs close to whatever you were supposed to get. So even if the seller has a receipt and tracking it will also show that weight

So was the scooter shipped or can you just drive down to his shop and get your stuff back

its not parts that i bought.. its the parts that he took off my bike when i had him put my gy6 together and never gave back. told me he couldnt find it and will paypal me the money instead.
