The patch was given to me, I know that I earned it and represented the Ruckstars and always supported the club. I had someone design the logo/business cards and I paid for the design and the printing, if I need receipts I would be happy to produce them for you. I have purchased garage shirts for the founders, hosted a rather large group of fellow riders from California and Denver for Spring Scoot 17 last year. Be very clear on this point, I hosted them because they were my friends but I also hosted them for “our” club. The Ruckstar’s didn’t contribute a dime to that 3 day event with our friends, which came out of my pocket.. If you would like the grocery receipts, the utility bills and the time/labor spent I will be happy to get the numbers to you. Honestly there are countless things that I have done and contributed.

I was removed from the club and there was no reason to wear that patch anymore at that point the patch became a facade. The patches were never checked out like a library book nor did I sign some sort of a contract with you. I don't want the jacket or the whitewalls or anything except for you and your girlfriend to leave me alone.

I want my patch back.

having been a full blown patch wearer in my younger days.

RnR I know the main prob is the fact that XM has the patch, rather than you want it back
And XM, for the same reason, you don't want to return it to RnR.

May I suggest sending it to a neutral member. (Guardian)
Then no one will loose face. It's something we did in the UK to stop clubs falling out.
