so who are some of the best shops or places to go and ask questions or get parts in snohomish & skagit county ,wa ?? new to the scooter thing but have worked on motorcycles for years and first thing I did wrong was drill holes in my air box cover .

check out maintenance, performance, and how to threads. Break out the popcorn and read for a day, you will learn a lot.

Check online for some new carb jets, more air from your drilled intake will require more fuel...... a bigger main jet. You can't find them at any parts counter, they will have to order them for you and add $5-10 for it... or just order them yourself.
