couldn't find a better spot for this than out there. Here goes. I had a Honda Ruckus for awhile and loved that puppy.S a matter of fact wished I'd kept it to this day. But I craved more power. Arghhhhh. So, I've gone through a few phases trying to find a bike I liked as much as the Ruckus yet had more power. The only thing that has come close to the feeling I got riding the Ruckus is the new California Scooter Company Military 150. It has the camo I had on my Ruckzilla, the seat hight is about the same, it feels similar in ride and it has a lot more power. Yes, I paid twice as much as I did for my ruckus, but the customization I could do alone was worth it. I love having 50mm ammo cans as my bags for it too. Anyhow like it or not, as long as this puppy lasts like my Ruckus did I will be a happy camper. Although I still think the Ruckus is the coolest thing Honda ever made besides the CT110s.

Ya know Robo, you are correct they don't have a CVT. But they do have a scooter sized tires I guess. Just though some one here might like a little review from someone who's owned both a Ruckus and one of these now. I'm actually pretty fond of it much like I was my Ruckus. Actually probably becuase it reminds me of my Ruckus so much.

Honestly, I'd rock one of these-----not the desert camo but the bike itself, and I know there's a bunch of different "variations" of the same bike, again nifty IMO. From what i understand, they're quality-built and are pretty reliable, unlike say for instance Kikker 5150s <---now these are WAY cooler looking but just not up to par from everything I've read, and the people who sell em are dicks (again, from what i've read).. . .. . But they'd have to be WAAAAY cheaper, I would never pay that $ for that bike, I'd just assume get a Rebel or older Harley Sportster

So, with that said, congrats on the new ride . ....but yeah, it's not a scooter. If it were CVT you could get maaaaybe away with calling it a scooter even though it's not step-thru.

I know Ruck owners who have collections on here and some even have mopeds ::eek:: So don't hate on this bike. I'm tellin ya, I've owned both a Ruck and this and this is cool too. I like em both. ANd just wait, I'll prob. get a Ural next year. But a Ruckus might beat me on that. I know the Ural will beat any bike on oil leaks

i love the ruck, but hate this lol
