Prease BTX make one of those removeable pipe plugs to quiet these pipes down, say for early morning rides. I love my btx pipe but some times I won't ride b/c it'll be toooo loud for my neighbors or too heaty for da coppers.

I'm sure you'd sell a bunch of them! check the 4stroke motor swap forum and the buy/sell sections for examples of people who have a similar problem.
