Here is the GY6 with the fatty setup. Wheel hub from Dorby Works. Painted the Engine cover flat black and cleaned the motor today. I have a rear frame that has the custom mounts getting powder coated as we speak. Should be done by Friday. Ill keep posting pics throughout the swap. Peep the Engine with Fatty wheel for now

P.s Need to figure out where I can get a flange to change the position of the carb (hitting frame). And need rear brake shoes. (I have a Dorby gy6 wheel hub 4x110. ) Gy6 rear brake shoes i got from Standardfunctions were too big. Help please?

Finally making progress. Got her wired up and running this past week. Just have to custom/fabricate the Yoshi exhaust i had on the 50. Only problem is I think the frame is off. It feels like it pulls to the left. My boy welds and does all that shit so he should figure out something. All I need now is front Disc brake setup and a nice wheel. Here is some pics

Image

I think I'm going to take off those Abomb frame extension blocks. What you think?

Daytona Digital Tach/Speedo (Peep the 68mph memory!) just kidding, The Magnetic speed sensor isn't wired up yet.

Pics today when we did an exhaust. Customized the 50cc Yoshi. Cut apart a Gy6 header for the flange. Thing is louder than ever though! NCY Front Brake Setup came in today. Thanks to KS Power on the great deal. Now I can get rid of that factory Ruck wheel until I figure out what wheel setup to go with.

How stiff is that rear shock even on the most open setting? And IMO you should loose the Abomb frame blocks because something feels off. Looks good otherwise! :wanker:

Exhaust support bracket shouldn't be fix to the frame. It needs to pivot with the motor. The bracket or header will crack the way it mount now.

Thanks Ctown. I'll change that. And the Shock is stiff. It's comfortable though.

Painted the frame and Abomb Blocks Black and Installed the NCY Front Brake setup too. I think Im going to have the inside of both wheels painted black but have a Polished lip for now until I figure out what wheels I want to go with. And get a low pro tire in the front. Also going to take to Abomb Extension blocks off today to see how it looks without them. Im not digging the look. BAD NEWS: Took for a good ride today and the battery slowly died. All the lighting slowly shut off but the Ruck was FAST! Looking like I need to upgrade the Stator to an 11 Pole. Hit up Dorby. He got me. Some pics from today

Painted the frame black instead of the Raw Metal

Looks good man. Careful with that plate "frame" I had one similar to that on my zuma swap and the metal broke off fairly easily. Luckily my plate light wires held it on haha. Check out one of these:
