scooped up a new wheel Image One of the bolts wont go in because the alighment is off a little. I'm thinking of dremeling it to make the hole a little bigger. If anyone thinks this is a bad idea let me know please. I feel like what ever i buy doesnt fit right... Spending too much money on this stupid thing. Wish i just bought a bike now...

i would try taking all bolts out and screwing that one on first... maybe try spinning the hub to line up to different holes?

just trying to keep you from taking a dremel to that nice wheel.

Def rotate the hub first before drilling anything. I've seen the same thing before. Rotating the hub fixed the issue.

Alright I'm bringing my ruck to someone to finish my ruckus, I noticed there is a leak from my motor but not sure where. I think all the oil leaked out cuz I checked the stick n nothing on it. Still waiting for poon to send me my 260mm rotor with rrgs brake kit. Got my front wheel powder coated, hopefully I can get this thing on the road soon. I want to install hid kit or a Trailtech light but I'm scared it won't pass inspection any comments?

if your worried about it, i would just keep the headlights stock and install the aftermarket setup after it gets inspected. it would make everything easier in my opinion...

On The wheel, if rotating don't work, try barely screwing all of them in to begin with. Instead of tightening the others down then trying to put that one in.

He might just have forgotten.
Also, if you are missing spacers...try a hardware store,
maybe they'll have stainless spacers in different sizes.
This will save you time.

i just wired up the dan max harness, could not get it fired up today. It won;t turn over, i checked the spark plug and i tested for spark so no spark, changed in a new spark plug, it made two fire noises in the exhaust like it was going to turn over. but nothing happened. I let it cool down so i dont kill the starter or battery. Tried it later again and now nothing cranks. Im not sure if i fried the starter or stator. But when i click the starter button it makes a clicking noise. The starter relay is hot so im not sure whats the deal. I am running a vaccum pump also. Some people told me to spray starter fluid in the carb, but some say its a bad idea. Whats your take on this? I primed the fuel line to the top of the carb by sucking and blowing on the vac line. Also when i hit the starter button it kinda sometimes just cranks for a second, so i gotta keep clicking untill it cranks constantly, maybe its a bad ground. Do you know how i can check if its the stator problem or starter relay that got fried? I also ordered a ac voltage regulator, How do i wire this thing up? Another thing is my tail light led wont light up when i press the brakes, the led turn signals blink also with the flasher relay that came with it. I put in the custom flasher relay caled elfr-1 but it doesnt make the signals blink.

If you go to turn it over and it makes a clicking noise your battery is dead....also put on the stock cvt cover and kickstart and try that
