No problem man :highfive: the rectifier needs to be grounded to the frame, There should be a wire that grounds from the battery to the engine and another from the frame to the battery, and another one on the engine but that shouldn't effect it from starting, are you using electric start?

nope it doesn't do anything at all! i think i need to ground the wire to the engine like you were talking about! there is a black wire that grounds straight from the battery and there is a green wire that I should ground the the engine correct?

No problem man! :highfive:

Alright, so what is the tube on the top connected to on both ends ( the top of the valve cover)?? And in the second picture that looks like the fuel pump??/ if you disconnect the hose what comes out, I think it's the vacuum for the fuel line maybe??? And you should be able to cap that off. It's hard to say tho cause I don't know where all those hoses are ending. :highfive:

Yeah it looks like its connected to the bottom of the valve cover or the head.
The second picture is some sort of vacume that used to go to the stock airbox.
And the part that is on the first picture is connected to the second and the small gasoline line one the second picture goes to the top of the gas tank. Thanks again for all the help man!

Hmmmm, well shit man, I would have it running and disconnect the hoses slowly and see if anything starts spewing out or if it affects how it runs, haha or you can just wait until you get your gas tank and mIkuni fuel pump.

The one in the valve cover should be part of the PCV system. You should be able to unplug it and put a breather/filter on it and plug the other end. If it were me, I'd rip the whole PCV system out. It is only there to appease the EPA dudes. If plugged off correctly, will not affect engine performance at all.
