Latest picture of it ive been lurking around here for a while, i recently picked up a 2011 ruckus, a close friend of mine named it jack and it stuck, so here i present a timeline of jack since i bought it Stock 0 miles the day i got it Lowered the seat frame and got a stem and handle bars from password jdm Picked up a AKgarage minifatty and a ATR extension wasnt really happy with how the ATR extension looked with the minifatty so i put it back to stock, and lowered it a buddy of mine made some extension mounts and hooked it up and here's the extension installed i couldnt figure out where to mount the coolant expansion tank after the stretch, so i got creative and it works great the wiring up in the front didnt look to attractive so i relocated the speedo and cleaned up some wiring picked up an intake from spare parts that were laying at work and a radiator hose intalled a tail light (knightrider style) and here is how jack sits of as today, ive done now mods to the engine, besides putting the intake on and a exhaust from a cr50, runs great, everyone tells me to swap but im happy with it being slow, variator coming soon to up the mph a bit This is how it sits as of 2-16-12, got some goodies coming in Photography by Strokd_ge Newest pictures 10-23-2012

No issues with the minifatty and stock exhaust? Did you have to offset the engine at all? It's a 10x5 mini fatty right? i did have an issue, i ran a couple of months with having washers to space out the exhaust, i noticed the stock bolts were starting to stretch and never got to replace them on time, the exhaust broke so i put the cr50 one on, as far as offsetting the engine, you don't need to offset the engine as long as youre running a 3+2 10x5

Where exactly did the exhaust break? Right at the engine?

Thanks for the comments guys Gachrid wrote: Datni99ahern wrote: i did have an issue, i ran a couple of months with having washers to space out the exhaust, i noticed the stock bolts were starting to stretch and never got to replace them on time, the exhaust broke so i put the cr50 one on, as far as offsetting the engine, you don't need to offset the engine as long as youre running a 3+2 10x5 Ok cool. Where exactly did the exhaust break? Right at the engine? it broke where the header is welded to the muffler, i guess putting the washers to space it out, put some stress on it, and it was my fault for not tightening the bolts knowing the were loose, but as long as they stay tight you shouldnt have a problem, i wish i would of just put loctite on them, but oh well
