First heres the link WEBIKE and heres a few pics plus the wiring diagram (in japanese all your need to know is red, black, blue, yellow and green easily found from google eg. japanese kanji colours) its an easy install the only tricky bit is putting the 2 outa the 4 wires outa your old connection (gas tank) and into the the new connection block. I can do a full write up if you guys are interested.

I did also get it to work with the koso xr-sr on 510 ohms but blew a fuse messing around so put back the gauge. Will Do full koso install aswell if you want it? Works well, i had just below a half tank when i first installed then topped up gas and boom! full tank :D

One thing this isnt cheap with shipping and customs charges :pissed: it comes to about £150 but it is different and i know one day its guna save my ass! well heres the pics and diag enjoy!

If you want i can email you the diagram might even translate it and put it up with the install if you guys need it

sorry for the crappy pic but this is a naked  fuel pump, the drop bar is the thing you add and just plug in the red yellow and black wires, didnt even have to disconnect the fuel line. If you do disconnect it you need to replace the clip so if you can dont :D

well fudge! was pottering back (luckerly through my home town) and hmmm started bogging? look at the kitaco dial half tank? hmmm again, so pull over look in the tank and crap not even half a cup of gas  this is when you start ringing everyone on your phone praying someone scived the day off to lay in the sun, 1 call later and gas is on the way! after a little fill up back to normal :pissed: cuss a little bit then off for a beer, oh the fun of new things  il find out the issue and post it up, think the fuel float is resting on the tank floor saying half tank all the way. Is wierd tho when i installed it with pretty much an empty tank it read perfect less than a quater left? now it looks like il be opening up the gas tank again to see the issue! have fun in the sun guys/gals summer is finally here!

Edit: was the dial in the end maybe faulty or bad earth, removed the fuel sender from the tank and dropped the arm to empty but the dial still said 1/2 strange. Decided to redo the koso to test my theory and it worked low arm empty high arm full! Just to let you know if you do do this you will lose your low fuel light :hihi: menace!
