Trying to find where I can find a ruckus, I've been lookin on Okinawa yard sales and havn't found a damn thing. =\

Any help would be awesome.

It would be easier to find one on the Japanese mainland and ship it there or try one of the local dealers. The okinawan economy is much worse than the rest of Japan and due to the high sticker price of the Zoomer compared to other scooters I think they would be sort of rare over there.

did yuou have any luck? i had a thread on here and someone posted a japanese classifieds which i was able to find zoomers but the thread was deleted for some reason, that or a glitch in the site? but now i cant find it

Is there a lot of ruckus' in Okinawa...headed over there in the middle of Jan '13...PCs...wondering if I'll be able to buy accessories for my scoot..or should i just load up on stuff here before i leave...

You can order a lot of stuff here from Kitaco, Daytona and others but you might need a friend to help you with ordering. I think domestic shipping in the states extends to the bases in Okinawa?

Finally made it here (Kadena), now how the heck do I go about registering the ruckus??? I've seen one ruckus by the flight line but don't know who it belongs to. It's white in color. Anyone's ruckus from this forum?

Not on base...there's all these hoops you have to jump threw to get it registered. That's just Japan's laws, then there's the base. That another story in itself.

But with the help of the guys out here ill get it done....hoping to do it with in the next month. Finally got the ruckus running. Can't quite get her tuned. Coming from a higher altitude to pretty much sea level seems to make it run a little rough. Gonna try and re-jet the carb. Thanks for the help and hope to meet some Rucksters out here or as their know in J-pan, "Zoomers"...
