Aloha!
I just upgraded from a lame GTX Turbocam to a 2012 Ruck about 2 weeks ago. The only downfall with the Ruck is i can't mount my Carver Surf rack to it. Does anyone know of any way to mount up a rack that would be strong enough to hold a 9'6" longboard? I was thinking PVC but i just do not trust PVC to hold my baby.. I figured with such a big Ruckus following SOMEONE would make a freaking surfrack.

I believe most of us that do surf, have our racks on our personal vehicles being that we don't want our Rucks jacked at the beach and having to walk home. There has been a few on the Big Island and 1 here that bought a board rack for the Ruck from George of Cycle Imports. George's shop has a different name but he's still located on McCully.

I got my rack from Surf Garage on South King in University. $140, i'm had to do a little customization to the Ruck to get it to fit. I'll take a picture after the paint dries
