Hamilton Ontario to Halifax/ surrounding area

Hey guys, this summer I'm taking a trip from Hamilton Ontario, all the way to Halifax. I will be getting several destinations along the way such as Ottawa, Montréal, Québec city, Fredericton and St. John's in New Brunswick, and basically doing a giant loop around the perimeter of Nova Scotia. I also plan to hit PEI and do a loop around there. I have all my camping gear ready, and plan to stealth camp the way, and whenever it gets wet or I need to shower I will try to find a campsite with amenities. I will be maintaining a blog and updating it with videos, photos, and stories along the way. I'm doing the journey on my big ruckus, which is already made it from Hamilton to Vancouver Island and back, so this trip should be no problem. If anyone has any tips, or would like to meet up, I am more than open to that happening.
