By this point the camera battery died. From Signal Hill to San Diego it took me 5 hours. Part of my trip home I was traveling between 60 to 70 mph on the 5 South from Dana Point to Oceanside.

From where we started, the arrival at Signal Hill and coming back to San Diego I did 387 miles.

Chris,
Your photos are amazing! Absolutely beautiful. My sister is making me a photo album and I would love to include your pics! Is there a way for me to get a copy of the pics you posted?

And good morning everyone! I am still in Signal Hill. I stayed with Ray last night..he is a Ruck guy...met him through Keith (Screen name on TR is Nervous...I think).
Ray is a great guy...he let me stay on a moments notice. He has a dog named Godzilla...and Godzilla's nick name is "Tank". His head is almost as big as mine!
Ray is at work and I am not moving off his couch until afternoon...lol.
More pics and stories to come!

One more thing - a very special thanks to Calvin over at Drow - he made me some new signs for my trailer. I will post pics soon. I really appreciate it very, very much Cal!!

Tom,
This is Logan, the "unsual" guy you stayed with in Lafayette, La. you are a trooper man! keep it up. My friend in Newport, Oregon said that if you make it up to his neck of the woods hes got a place for you to stay and recharge! Good luck!

Hey guys, there hasn't been and update so I figured I'd let you all know, Tom is currently on his way to San Fran with Keith (Nervous) and his friend ray. They stayed in lampoc, ca last night, when I hear from them at the next stop I'll let you all know. I'm Sara by the way.. But most of you know me as Keith's gf.

Yes! haha... that's me!

im assuming this is the route they're taking.. roughly 485 miles total.

Edit #1:
I'm not sure where they're staying tonight, I'm assuming they don't have wifi or I would've heard something. I'll try to keep you guys posted when I can.

Edit #2:
Just heard they made it to San Jose! So close to San Fran! Will keep you posted!

Also... I am new to this site... So bear with me!

Dang Tom.....I thought you were staying in Cali to do some PR work? Now I see you are already headin north to San Fran? Nice. So are you going to go through the Canadian Rockies anyways? Let me know when you think you might be passing through WA so I can be ready for you and your ruckus. Be safe and take lotsa of pictures.
