His pic is of a bone stock Metro. It's fine in the rain dude. Short of complete submersion you shouldn't have any issues.

FWIW, I have an aftermarket filter but kept the rear fender to keep down spray when it's raining. with the wheel covers on the Met providing a fairly good cover from water I've never had a problem with the filter getting wet. The Met provides much better protection for an aftermarket air filter than the Ruck.

Quick question, While waiting to turn I gave it just a little gas just to hear the motor while waiting and it stalled is this normal. I have about 30 miles on it now this is the first time it has happened.

I rode in the rain last week, no filter just an 90* rubber elbow off the carb and a chopped up ruck rear fender, didn't have a single hiccup and I rode for a good 2 miles.. The Met bodywork does a great job at protecting the carb from the elements

They do that from time to time.. My shut off at a red-light for no reason, one kick an it was running perfect again, I dont know what causes it but they do it from time to time

I was assuming his Met does not have a rear fender to protect the filter from debris or water. Did not see a picture of his Met at all.

Haha browse the how-to section for chopping the front forks, as for the rear you're forced to go rigid if you want to be really low
