Hey man bro my panties aren't bunched. I gave you actual, useful advise. Both scooter and real world. You can say whatever the f u want. Just letting you know some folks take it pretty seriously. I'd even go so far as to say it might be worth asking one of your gay relatives how they feel about you describing your broken scooter or getting pulled over as "gay.". I used to say it too, every 15 year old guy did. Train yourself out of it or risk offending someone. That's all.

Oh yeah, try those things I recommended and report back. If it doesn't fix your shit, someone might jump in and lend a hand. You never know. :highfive:

I had already gone through these steps. With or without the airbox it runs the samel. I'm about to make a short video.

Return to stock. Plus you can't run the air intake that way without rejetting. I'm not going back to check but is the pipe stock?

I did put it back to stock and there was no difference. I mentioned this a few post back.

if there is no difference when you put it back to stock, then something is wrong in the carb. Something probably didn't go back together correctly.

Not it either because it was running exactly the same way before I cleaned the carb. Nothing has changed in performance from before and after I did all the maintenance mentioned in my original post.

ok, how much fuel is the fuel pump putting out? Is it actually filling the carb bowl? Are all the vacuum lines connected and routed properly? The fuel pump is extremely sensitive to damage running while low on fuel. If your fuel filter was way clogged up you could have damaged it. That happened to me. When was the last time the Ruckus ran properly, and what has been done since then?
