Well i live in va salem no tag no license no nuttin unless you in the city then you need a moped tag.. and tjey say no faster then 35.. now on the road wise idk if the 35bike rule is true cause most my roads here are 45

I bought mine new...didn't need anything to drive it off the lot...even with financing through Honda.

Laws for Ruckus: motorcycle license, registration, safety check, insurance.

Good idea: Helmet and other safety gear.

idk about insurance but texas requires a M license and registration. PITA if you ask me

Helmet is only required if you're "Under 21" and its stamped on your license plate
Needs to be registered and plated
No insurance needed
Regular drivers license required

yup. mr police officer recently reminded him :lol:

Class M license if it does more than 30 (there is a moped registration, but doesn't apply to rucks legally)
Registered/Plated
Liability insurance as a minimum

EDIT: helmet laws
if you're under 21, you're suppose to wear one 24/7.
over 21 and w/ life insurance doesn't have to.
