What's up guys just picked up my first moped a 2008 ruckus with 3,000 miles on it. Seems to be running kind of shitty though hits maybe 25 on the flats 35 downhill. Also when I go to take off there is a delay in the throttle. Im thinking the carb needs to be cleaned? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

Def clean the carb and take apart the rollers and make sure they aren't dead/clean up the belt dust.

PA welcomes you! What part of PA philly burbs here. Yea pop the carb off and and give it a nice cleaning. And def check the rollers all the hills around here kill the rollers..I know at least on my bike it did. And only at 1k
