virginia beach, Va to oakracoke island, Nc

the idea is to repeat the epic ride that formed the No Rush Ruckus Crew. Gangstalean, Nouseforaname, and Mymisterb met each other at the same time and on the very same day we decided to go for a little ride we ended up riding right out of the state and on to the islands. Best ride ever in my opinion. The trip 50 miles south on highway 158, then a 3 mile bridge leading you onto the islands. then a 30 mile ride on the beach road highway 12 before you hit the bonner bridge. this bridge is huge and spand the organ inlet. finally a 40 mile stretch to the oakracoke ferry. Now there is a campground 11 miles from the ferry. the owner is a family friend of mine so if we wanted to stay the night it wouldnt be a problem the campground's name is frisco woods. Now i havent put an exact date up was lookin for more feedback but i was thinking between july and september. It will truley be an epic ride down the east coast and through the islands.

that is awesome.. hwy 12 would be great on ruck.. we used to camp on ocracoke all the time..

maybe one year.. couldnt make it this year though.. wife in nursing school.. 3yr old.. im lucky to make con this year and the other rides planned as they are close.. i would love to do it though..

do u guys have any dates? i might be going camping on ocracoke in July.. i am having to work my wifes school schedule.. her friends are going and invited us to go.. not sure if i can take the ruck though.. depends.. give me some dates so i can see what i can work out

I am underway building my first scoot. I'm probably a little over half way done and I would be down for the ride if i can complete it on time. I have a GY6 150 cc, but still need a few parts ( intake and exhaust gaskets, carb jets, air filter..) and was wondering if anyone knows of a local store that has parts.

Awesome. well theres about 52 of us that live in the general hampton roads area get on facebook and look up hampton roads ruckus group.its a closed grp so make sure theres a pic of ur ruck on ur profile pic. we ride all the time just gotta get plugged in. all ruckus mods are bought on line but theres been talk of.opening a shop. hope yall can make.it
