Haven't ridden for a while and just got a new batery and tabs again... are the cops pulling anybody over about having an endorsment and if so are you able to get one riding the ruck

If you dont have an endorsement and are worried, just dont speed over 30mph and you are well within the laws of Washington state.

How do I need to license my scooter in order to legally operate it on the roadway?

In the state of Washington, any two or three wheeled vehicle will either be licensed as a motorcycle or a moped depending on the engine size and how fast the vehicle travels.

If the vehicle travels less than 30 mph and has an engine size of less than 50cc, it will be licensed as a moped in the state of Washington and the driver would be required to have a valid drivers license in order to operate it on the roadway. These vehicles are only allowed to operate on roadways that do not exceed 35 mph and must follow any additional restrictions set within their local jurisdictions.
If the vehicle travels more than 30 mph or has an engine size greater than 50cc, it will be licensed as a motorcycle in the state of Washington and the driver would be required to have the proper endorsement on the drivers license in order to operate it on the roadway. These vehicles must follow the rules of the road for motorcycles and may be operated on any public roadway where the vehicle can maintain the posted speed limit of that roadway.

ive past so many cops on highway 9 in lake stevens and non of them care im doing 50mph

Stay away from Hwy 9 through Lake Stevens this weekend.
There's a detour from Hwy 2 at Hwy9 that heads down 20th to the trestle... Hwy2 closure for culvert replacement.
Also, a detour from Hwy 9 at Hwy92 that cruises through Lunden Pkwy and out by Lake Cassidy..... Hwy9/92 interchange mods.

Would be fun to sit and people watch at Norms, they turn there to head north. What a traffic zoo this weekend. Starts at 7:30pm Friday. Stick to Ruck routes and you should be good.

Would be fun to hit the Round About at Lundeen about 10 rotations.... brrrrrraaaaaap!!!!

Yeah mater.....same reason ive never been pulled over yet.....they assume I am legit since I am always obeying the law within city limits. Its those machias corners that I cant help but to tuck behind Hue and BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP.
