Helix replacement headlight bulb

While looking for a replacement bulb for my 86 helix (low beam died) I read that a 9003/HB2 car bulb is equal to the H4 that’s in it. True?

I just picked up a 50/55 H4 from the auto store. or whatever stock was...

6 months later but... It is correct. The 9003/HB2 bulb is the same as the H4. I picked up the brighter in stock headlight bulb and it works just fine.
