here is a riva 200 that was given to us for some mc labor work.

We cut the back part.

we're gonna extend it 6 inches. backing up the motor mounts. as seen in pic.

stretch out the shocks and relocated the shock mounts

got a used 300 amp tig welding machine, let the fabrication begin!

we're doing a fatty on the vino. We combined to rims (front and back together) 6 x 10 wheels in the back.

engine mounts need to be centered. r1 shocks unfinished.

Test fitting the triple clams. we already cut the head tube. next we will shorted the forks aprox 4 inches.

i know, its a little bit overkill. but we're just trying stuff.

any pics of that weird streetfighter lookin ol bike parked between the riva and goldwing? and why is it's exhaust all weird?

All of this parts are scrap "not bought" we never paid a single penny on this build even the bike. .......wait except for the rear tires paid $25.00 ...we are just trying the fork, but if it doesn't work we're going the vino fork route.

and this is my 83 nighthawk 650 build converted to monoshock. this is on chopcult.com forum exhaust is better than that now.

cut the springs, shims, rod, shaft bushings on one of the shocks. ....looks good

we cut and weld the housing and the springs back
