No problem homie. The thing about down here is that there is a "No open container law". so what does everyone do? pour it in a red solo cup. Everyone does it. Cops know about, everyone knows about it. As long as your not walking down main street with your cup and causing a bunch of trouble, you're good.

I also have a hotel that My company get's a discount. It's a really nice place (Wyndham) and it's $89/night. the thing is... it's not right downtown or next to the beach. But it's doable. It would be a lot like Raleigh/Durham

I've never been to any of them, but someone local could scope places like this out (I'm sure there are more than what I found). Cabins and Camping and possible Wrenching all in the same place, in a nice cool spot near water. Drinking likely allowed at some places (others look very conservative).

I checked that out Vince. for 2 full beds a chair and tv it is 173.97 for the 3 nites. Divide by 2 and that is 86.98 per person. with a year to go. I'm gonna save $5 a week and I'll have the room, t-shirt, and gas covered easily.

I also saw motel6 in Asheville. so it's a decent place to stay with reasonable rates for all.

Thats $30 per night,....for a bed,...and a nice hot shower,....to wash-out that swamp-ass you fuckers love to stuff your noses in... for the curtousy-sniff.....

motel 6 in asheville is in a great location.. its right off tunnel road.. can go straight onto the parkway from it 5mins away.. its right beside the river and train tracks.. i have stayed there a bunch of times.. saved money to do other things.
