i put a longer intake tube onto the carb and i have started to get a bog at about 20mph. any ideas? do i have to go lower or higher on my sj?

Have you tried either yet? The slow jet probably isn't the answer the needle most likely is. Try different setups and see what works the best.
In my short amount of testing, the 20mm carbs don't really like a very long intake system. This was on a big bore in a very short time span for tuning. We ended up taking it off before spending a whole lot of time on it.

I've got a carb question for you... I think this might be a simple problem
I have an OKO 28mm.... has run fine in the past.
Re-installed it on a different bike, and now- it idles fine, but as soon as I give it any throttle, it dies.

How different is the other bike from the one it is installed on currently. Sounds like it just needs to be rejetted for the new bike it is now on.

I am getting a pe20 carb and wanna know what needs to be done about TPS and IAC sensors?

I read somewhere that we need to re-jet to smaller jets for the 28-30mm oko carbs when we use it on the gy6. I'll be using this set up also so I'll be back on here when I do the swap

Nothing, just unplug them and leave them off, if you want to get fancy then you can unwrap the harness and remove the unused wires

Were currently running my buddies stock ruck without both of these and it still runs fine

Will a pe20 carb be a large gain on a stock motor? I have mnnthbx exhaust, variator and clutch. Just not sure how much of a gain in power it would be.

I dont use the PE20 carbs, only the PC20s, so I cant give you any details on that one. Sorry about that.
